[[http://star.berlios.de/ Star Backup]] Star is the fastest tar archiver for UNIX.
The OS/2 port features full support for 64bit file I/O and ability to backup and restore OS/2 EAs.
The main program is named star.exe, if you rename it to tar.exe (or gnutar.exe, ...) it will change his default behaviour (included are symlinks, but they will not work without proper setup/tools).
